Questions

What counts as an AI request?On Free, text AI (quizzes, coach, flashcards, voice transcription) shares 10 requests a month. Handwriting/image analysis is a separate pool of 3 a month. Pro includes 100 image analyses; Premium 250. Both pools reset on the 1st.
What happens when I run out?Studying carries on exactly as before. Reviews, flashcards and notes never stop — only the AI features pause until the next month.
Why tokens on paid plans instead of requests?So you're not counting. 500,000 tokens covers a full semester of card generation, summaries and coaching — and if you run out, you can add a one-time top-up in Settings → Plan.
Can I cancel?Any time. On the web, use Settings → Manage subscription. In the iOS app, cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do I lose my notes if I downgrade?No. Your topics, notes, flashcards and history stay put — the AI features are what change.
