Remmebr uses passwordless sign-in — enter your email and we'll send a one-time link or a 6-digit code. There's no password to remember or reset. If the email doesn't arrive within a minute, check spam and confirm you typed the right address.
Go to Settings → Plan → Restore Purchases inside the app. This re-links an existing App Store subscription to your account after a reinstall or a new device — it does not charge you again.
If you subscribed in the iOS app: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Remmebr. If you subscribed on the web: Settings → Plan → Manage billing inside the app, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the current period ends.
Settings → Data → Delete account. This permanently removes your notes, flashcards, documents, and handwriting. It does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription — cancel that separately in your Apple ID settings, or it will continue to renew.
Free includes a monthly AI allowance (plus a first-week bonus while you're getting set up). Reviews, flashcards, notes, and scheduling are never limited — only AI generation and grading. Pro and Premium raise the monthly allowance significantly.
Remmebr saves locally first, then syncs when you're signed in and online. Open the app on the device with your latest work, wait a few seconds for the sync indicator to settle, then open it on the other device. If it still looks out of date, sign out and back in on the lagging device.
Yes — Quizlet exports, CSV/TSV spreadsheets, and Anki .apkg decks are all supported from Settings → Import. Note: very recent Anki exports using the newer zstd-compressed format aren't supported yet — re-export from Anki using the standard .apkg format if an import fails.
